Originally known as Decoration Day to commemorate soldiers who died in the Civil War and extended in the 20th century to honor all Americans who have died in all wars. This might offend some of you, but here goes. Fuck war. Fuck war mongering politicians. My brother was a Marine and went to Iraq almost a decade ago. I’m lucky he came back. Sometimes they don’t come back. Sometimes they come back, but they aren’t the same person they were when they left.
Too all of the veterans out there, thank you. To all the politicians out there, bring our troops back home to their families and friends.
